Captured is an immersive installation, which captures your face and creates a new identity for you in a virtual community modeling unpredictable moods in human crowd behavior.

Hanna Haaslahti, director

Hanna Haaslahti works with image and interaction. Her primary interest is computer vision and its social implication on human relations. She has exhibited her work in many international festivals and galleries, including Ars Electronica, Hamburg Kunsthalle, HEK (Basel), Watermans (London), CPH:LAB, etc. In 2020, she was a Sundance New Frontier Story Lab fellow. Most recently, her immersive installation “Captured” has been part of the File Festival and the Nova Rio Biennale of Art and Technology in Brazil (2023).
